As a church, we are passionately committed to investing in the next generation of young people, facilitating their emotional and spiritual growth. We have a varied programme, with the aim see this young generation excited and passionate for God. We aim to show them the passion and love that God has for them. We are continually developing our youth and kids programme so that we can raise ‘World Changers!!!’
We have a great youth programme that runs throughout the week, as well as regular events, trips and social activities: To contact us please email: youth@comchurch.org.uk
We have a monthly youth programme. This is aimed at 12-17 year olds, to grow deeper in the Word, in their faith and with God. These involve Bible Studies, Social Nights and Worship Nights.
The monthly programme mostly works on a 4-week cycle.
Week 1: Break
Week 2: Wednesday Bible Study
Week 3: Thursday Social
Week 4: Friday Youth Worship Night
Where there is a 5th Sunday at the end of a month the youth take the Sunday night service.
As part of the next stage of the CULTIVATE Junior Church, we have ‘gener8’ a School Yr. 7 – Yr. 10 Sunday morning teaching class. We also use the top foyer of the centre to chill and hangout.
We also run extra activities that the young people can be involved in:

– Social events
…and places our young people can serve in the Church.

IGNITE Com Church Youth is connected to the Elim Pentecostal Youth Ministry “Limitless Elim“.
Cultivate means: to prepare to promote or improve the growth of, to develop or improve by education to promote the growth or development of.
All CULTIVATE workers are volunteers and also members of Com Church. All volunteers and workers have a DBS check.
Mission Statement: To nurture the children of Com Church as they GROW in the fullness of the knowledge of Christ and grow up into the people God wants them to be.
That they will understand the love of the Father and the truth of His Word, the commission and closeness of Christ, and the gifts and the fruit of the Spirit. Help them GROW: Keeping these as the four main purposes of everything we do.
G – Gain understanding (Discipleship)
R – Report the good news (Evangelism)
O – Offer help to others (Ministry/Serving)
W – Worship God (Worship)
There are several different age groups in our CULTIVATE Junior Church, they are organised into school year groups: –
This is a time for the children of the church to get biblical teaching in a fun, age-appropriate way. Through fun learning and activities, we want to see the children of the church today to grow into the adults of the church of tomorrow. Cultivate: Junior Church is held on a Sunday morning.
